Lease1 conducted a financial review of my business, this gave a complete understanding of my business before he acted for me in a Market Rental Review. The landlord was asking for a 30% increase in the annual rental for the Market Review, Lease1 was able to reduce the increase to 2.9% per annum, as the market rent. If I had have tried to negotiate with the landlord’s agent I never have been able to achieve such an outstanding result. This end result was a saving over the next 5 years of $99,864.00 in rent. Our head office referred us to Lease1 who were able to not only achieve a new long term lease with options but further facilitated the sale of the business and handled the assignment of the lease with the Landlord. They even negotiated a new lease for our new store and again achieved a great lease with the landlord doing all the work for us.
