Phil is a Certified Shopping Centre Manager Australia with a rare background of having industry acknowledged careers in Retailing, Shopping Centre Management and Property Leasing.

Ralph is also recognised as a successful Retailer and Franchisor.  As former owner of Australia’s largest Sunglass Franchise he has extensive hands-on experience in Leasing, Portfolio Administration, Franchising and Franchise Management.
